RENTAL RATES

The Majestic has a splendid set of facilities for rent.

The auditorium and stage area are suitable for concerts, drama, dance, and large meetings. The theatre area seats  299 (131 on the main floor and 68 in the balcony). The seating area is sloped for good sightlines. The stage area is 41 feet wide and 24 feet deep with a 4 foot apron, height above the stage is over 15 feet. There is some basic stage lighting available with dimmer packs and control board and a follow spot. A good sound system is also available.

The front of the theatre has a box office, refreshment bar and public restrooms.

There is a meeting room in the addition at the back of the theatre suitable for smaller meetings or rehearsals. It is 20 by 30 feet. It may be accessed separately from the theatre.  Restrooms are available adjoining the meeting room.

Another meeting room is available in the basement of the theatre addition. There is a small kitchen area adjoining the basement meeting room. Restrooms are also available on this level.

Parking is available beside the theatre.
